| AK Capital Structured Finance, Ltd. (AKCSF) is a
special purpose, bankruptcy remote entity whose only activity is depositing securities
into a grantor trust. The trustee, in turn, issues a certificate to the investor, evidencing 100%
beneficial ownership of all assets in the trust. |
| Issue 1999-A is a 20-year pass-through certificate, using external credit enhancement to develop
a AAA rating on the principal value of the certificate. A pool of private label residential CMO
subordinate securities provides monthly cash flow to the investor. Cash flow consists of all
interest and principal, after trustee and loss mitigation fees. The resulting yield to maturity
provides a favorable spread over the US Treasury I-curve. |
| AK Capital services its investors with post purchase support of its privately placed issues in
the form of special reports from the trustee and loss mitigator, pricing, and market support in
the event the investor elects early termination of the trust. |
